When a baby comes home from the hospital, having what they need matters.

Welcome Home, Baby provides assistance through referral-based partnerships with trusted community and health organizations. Support is based on assessed need and helps ensure infants have essential items for safe sleep, comfort, and basic care during their earliest days at home.

Because health disparities continue to affect maternal and infant outcomes in the United States—particularly for Black mothers and infants—early support for families during this transition can be especially important.

Items may include a crib or bassinet, diapers, wipes, clothing, bedding, feeding supplies, and other infant care necessities, depending on availability and verified need.
